The registration fees for the conference participants include :

  • Access to the conference rooms.
  • Conference book (summary of schedule and important announcement) and abstracts on a USB key.
  • Coffee breaks and lunches from July 6 to 10.
  • Welcome reception (July 5 2015).
  • Conference banquet (July 9 2015).

The registration fees for the accompanying persons include admission to social events :

Financial support
Financial support will be awarded to participants needing for attending the ATTO2015 conference. Priority will be given to participants presenting new results at the conference; young researchers (first, Ph.D. students, second, Postdoctoral fellows) and researchers with low travel resources will be considered on our list of priorities.

Application letters justifying the financial support should be submitted by email to (with Subject: ATTN: ATTO Financial Support) before April 1 2015. Applicants should also provide a CV including their citizenship, affiliation, professional status and personal data. For students and postdoctoral fellows, the application must be accompanied by a recommendation letter from the supervisor or group leader. A first list of selected applicants will be notified by April 30. Further notifications will be sent according to the conference budget and the generosity of our sponsors.

Hotel reservation
The costs below are applicable from July 5 (arrival) to July 10 (departure). To get those preferred rates, please contact us and we will send you the special code (“code de groupe”). Furthermore, you will receive this code in the email confirming your registration. Hotel reservation is the responsibility of each participant. Please proceed as soon as possible to ensure your place on the conference site. Since the conference ends in the afternoon of July 10, we strongly advice people to reserve a hotel room downtown Montreal for Friday night.

  • Single occupancy: 152$ per night (+ 15% taxes)
  • Double occupancy: 76$ per night per person (+ 15% taxes)

If you like to share the room with another participant to obtain the rate for double occupancy, please send an email to with your gender and your age. We will put people in contact before you make the reservation.

Transportation by buses will be offered on July 5 and July 10 under request at In your email:

  3. Need for transportation to downtown Montreal on July 10: yes or no.

On July 10, buses will be offered at the end of the conference to bring people downtown Montreal in order to facilitate departure on July 11.
